With the Surfrider Foundation’s feature documentary about the last twenty miles of undeveloped Southern California Coast ready to go into production, they had the need for identity for the film in the form of a logo, and a web presence to show the trailer, generate hype, and gather support for their cause. The producers reached out to sltwtr to create a user experience that truly embodied the mantra of the film: twenty men fighting for twenty years to protect twenty miles. We delivered an award-winning experience that includes dramatic interactive photo parallax effects, media-rich modals and custom maps.
