The Delivery Officer role at SLTWTR is a hybrid Product Owner and Project Manager, and crosses over between departments: Sales (account management) and Production (product owner).
The Delivery Officer’s Primary Role is to facilitate forward movement of Stories and Sprints through the Discovery, Production, and Delivery Processes. The Delivery Officer owns all Stories, and maintains clear documentation of client expectations as Acceptance Criteria.
The Delivery Office owns client Sprints and upholds their scope and timeframes. This includes the progressive planning and discovery processes required to begin Sprints, the flow of Stories through the production process during the Sprint, and the delivery process including QA and client handoff.
The Delivery Officer owns the delivery of Stories to the client and is ultimately responsible for sourcing technical and Product support, including routing of story ownership) to/from the Solutions Architect and Product Oracle. Owns the Sprint Planning process.
Champion of Client Stakeholders.
Defends defined Scope and protects Stories.
