Acting as the bridge between clients, Solutions Architect, and developers, they define what should be built, why it matters, and when it should be delivered, ensuring each sprint delivers measurable value.

The Solutions Architect ensures shared technical understanding between stakeholders and the production team. They own discovery and delivery, guiding architectural direction and ensuring solutions are built with scalability and best practices in mind. As an advocate for the production team, they help maintain alignment with stakeholder expectations while supporting code quality and delivery standards. Though primarily focused on design and oversight, they may contribute to development when needed.

The Senior Backend Engineer designs, builds, and maintains scalable backend systems and integrations that power SLTWTR’s eCommerce solutions. This role owns the technical architecture, implementation, and stability of backend services, ensuring data integrity, performance, and reusability across client ecosystems.

The Senior Frontend Engineer crafts high-performance, scalable, and maintainable front-end experiences across SLTWTR’s Shopify ecosystem. This role demands deep proficiency in vanilla JavaScript, building interactions, components, and controllers from scratch without dependence on frameworks.
