They own discovery and delivery, guiding architectural direction and ensuring solutions are built with scalability and best practices in mind. As an advocate for the production team, they help maintain alignment with stakeholder expectations while supporting code quality and delivery standards. Though primarily focused on design and oversight, they may contribute to development when needed.

The Delivery Lead owns the end-to-end delivery of client projects at SLTWTR, from kickoff through release. This role covers project planning, cross-functional coordination, and client-facing communication, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with expectations. We're looking for someone with 5+ years in project management or professional services and a proven track record managing large and enterprise client engagements.

The Senior Backend Engineer designs, builds, and maintains scalable backend systems and integrations that power SLTWTR’s eCommerce solutions. This role owns the technical architecture, implementation, and stability of backend services, ensuring data integrity, performance, and reusability across client ecosystems.
